The human body is not just flesh and bones—it is a cosmic temple. Every temple in the world, with its outer mandapa (hall), inner sanctum, and rising spire, is but a reflection of this greater temple: the living body. Within this sacred architecture lies the path of the five koshas—the five sheaths of existence—that take the seeker from the gross to the subtle, and finally to the eternal.
Let us walk step by step, as if entering a great temple, beginning at the outer hall and moving inward, until we stand before the radiant deity at the heart of our being.
